Cream cheese noodles on salad

Ingredients

  • 1-2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. apple vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 collar Watercress or arugula
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 Lettuce (e.g. frisée)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 8 thin slices of Black Forest Ham
  • 200 g Cream cheese "Balance" (12 % fat)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Horseradish (glass)

Directions

    Mix honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. Beat the oil well down

    Clean, wash and drain the watercress well. Clean and wash the peppers and salad. Cut the bell peppers into strips and pluck the salad into pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes

    Mix salad ingredients and vinaigrette. Serve with ham. Mix cream cheese and horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Form 8-12 cams with 2 moistened teaspoons, place on the salad and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with baguette
