Roughly chop the nuts. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Stir in egg. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in portions briefly. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
Using 2 teaspoons, place approx. 40 piles of dough at a sufficient distance on 2 baking trays covered with baking paper. Press a little flatter with your hands (approx. 6 cm Ø). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: level 2) for about 13 minutes.
