Wash the potatoes and wrap them in aluminium foil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour. In the meantime, clean and wash spring onions and cut them into rings for the topping. Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, half of the prawns and spring onions.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Take the potatoes out of the oven and wrap them in foil. Pour the cream on the potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining crabs. Garnish with dill, dill flowers, lemon and lime to taste
