100 ml vegetable stock (instant)
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the vegetable mixture and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring continuously. Wash the tomatoes, cut off one lid each and hollow out the tomatoes with a sharp knife. Mix cheese and vegetables. Stuff the tomatoes with it. Place in a flat casserole dish, pour in broth and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
