Wash the potatoes thoroughly, spread on an oiled baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 45 minutes
Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Cut the finished potatoes crosswise and press them on. Spread crème fraîche into the potatoes. Season with salt, paprika and chives
