Melt 50 g butter in a saucepan. Add milk and remove from heat. Mix flour, 50 g sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add the egg. Add the butter-milk mixture and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Knead the dough again and press it into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) as a base. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Melt with 30 g butter. After about 10 minutes of baking time, pour the cinnamon-sugar mixture onto the cake and finish baking. Let it cool down. Peel, quarter, core and chop apples. Stir 3 tablespoons apple juice, 50 g sugar and pudding powder until smooth. Put 70 ml apple juice in a pot, add apples and bring to the boil.
