Ingredients

  • 10 big fresh corncobs
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 75 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill trays

Directions

    Clean and wash the corn. Put them in plenty of boiling water with sugar. Bring to the boil and cook for about 15 minutes. Lift out and drain well.

    Cut the cobs in half or in thirds depending on size. Place in grill trays and grill on the hot grill until golden brown all around. Brush with butter and season with sea salt.
