Cookie sandwich with marshmallow

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 packs Cookies (150 g each; 8 pieces each)
  • 4 TSP spreadable nut nougat cream
  • 8 medium marshmallows
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium grill trays

Directions

    Spread the underside of half of the cookies with 1/2 teaspoon of nut nougat cream each. Oil the grill trays a little bit. Grill the marshmallows on them while turning. Attention! Do not move the marshmallows, because they burn quickly.

    Place finished marshmallows immediately on the coated cookies. Place the remaining cookies on top. Carefully squeeze something together.
