Finely chop the dark chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath, except for 1-2 tbsp. for sprinkling. Pull the Cookie-Dough balls through the chocolate coating with a praline fork or a wooden skewer, let them drip off briefly and place them on a sheet of baking paper.
