Knead flour, fructose, fat in cubes, egg yolk and 1-2 tbsp. cold water to a smooth dough. Chill for about 30 minutes.
Lightly grease 4 cake tins (possibly with removable base; approx. 10 cm Ø). Roll out the dough into 4 circles (each approx. 12 cm Ø). Line the moulds with it
Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Then turn over or lift out and let cool down
Quarter strawberries. Cut orange or peaches into slices. Cover the tartlets with the fruit. Bring casting powder and 1/8 l water to the boil while stirring. Spread over the tartlets and let it set. Decorate with chocolate and possibly cream
