Ingredients

  • 275 g Carrots
  • 375 g French beans
  • 375 g Cutting beans
  • 500 g broad beans
  • 1 pot of savory
  • 1 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 (approx. 200 g) fine sausages
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp ripened cream

Directions

    Clean, wash, peel and slice the carrots. Clean, wash, peel and slice crushed and sliced beans. Halve crushed beans and slice sliced beans. Peel and wash the broad beans.

    Wash the savory, dab dry and chop roughly. Cook vegetables and savory in boiling broth for 15 to 20 minutes and season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, press the meat mixture out of the skin as a dumpling.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the dumplings for four minutes, turning them over. Wash the parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Add the meatballs to the stew and serve sprinkled with parsley as desired.

    Add a dash of sour cream to the stew as desired.
