Ingredients

  • 160 g ribbon noodles, salt
  • 4 carrots, 200 g mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 400 g Pork escalope
  • 2 tablespoons (5 g) Oil
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 8-10 Tbsp Asia Spice Sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp Soy sauce, pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into slices or rings

    Cut the meat into strips and fry all around in hot oil. Fry the vegetables. Add stock, Asian sauce and soy sauce. Cook everything for about 5 minutes and season to taste. Drain the noodles and serve with the sauce
