Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced onion, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Either chop chilli peppers and knead them under the meat dough or add whole chilli peppers while forming longish meatballs (4 pieces) and put them on skewers. Fry skewers in hot oil for about 10 minutes, turning them over.
Cover with parsley leaves as desired. Cook the vegetables in another pan in hot fat at medium heat for 7-10 minutes without defrosting. Stir several times. Serve the vegetables and skewers with a dash of crème fraîche. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired
