Everything from one pan: as soon as the potatoes are roasted, we cut the peppers, smoked pork and spring onions into small pieces and add everything. This also saves time when washing up!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g baby potatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 Onion (e.g. red)
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 branch/s Rosemary
  • 600 g detached pork chop
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g Hard cheese (piece; e.g. Comté)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Tsatsiki

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, dab dry well and cut in half depending on size. Heat oil in a large pan with lid. Cover the potatoes and fry them for about 12 minutes.

    In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel onion and cut into strips. Leek onions clean, wash and in rings cut. Wash and roughly chop the rosemary. Cut smoked pork loin into cubes of about 2 cm.

    Add everything to the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with about 8 tbsp. water, bring to the boil and braise for about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice the cheese with a potato peeler directly over the potato pan. Serve with tzatsiki.
