Colorful mashed potato casserole

Ingredients

  • 450-600 g frozen "peas and carrots
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Flake puree (4 portions)
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 package "Light sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON butter/margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TABLESPOON frozen parsley

Directions

    Bring the vegetables to the boil in a good 1/4 l of salted water without defrosting them. Steam for 8 minutes

    Bring 1/2 l water and salt to the boil. Remove from the stove. Pour in milk, stir in puree flakes, approx

    Leave to soak for 1 minute. Then stir vigorously

    Skin the sausage and cut into slices. Peel and chop onion. Drain the vegetables, collect the stock and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce powder. Simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in sausage, vegetables and onion

    Layer vegetables and puree in a greased casserole dish. Add the fat in flakes and breadcrumbs. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley
