Wash and halve the grapes. Apples and pears wash, quarter and core. Peel kiwis and bananas. Cut everything into bite-sized pieces. Cut open pomegranate and remove seeds.
Mix prepared fruit with lemon juice and honey and marinate.
Peel and finely chop the ginger. Beat cream and sugar until stiff, stir in ginger. Arrange fruit salad with ginger cream and physalis.
