Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 600 g Beef (from the leg)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 (150 g each) red and green pepper
  • 400 g baby potatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp some dietary fixative

Directions

  1. 1

Onions peel, in columns cut. Wash beef, dab dry and cut into large pieces. Heat oil in a pot. Brown the meat in it over a high heat until it is brown all around.

  2. 2

Add onion slices and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste. Sweat briefly while stirring. Deglaze with 1/2 litre water and bring to the boil. Braise in a closed pot for about 1 hour.

  3. 3

In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces. Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Put them into the goulash 1/2 hour before the end of the cooking time. Pour on 1/4-1/2 litres of water and braise at medium heat for another 30 minutes.

  4. 4

Wash the marjoram and pluck off a few leaves. Put it in the goulash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika before serving. Tie with Diät-Bindefix if desired.
