Colorful avocado salad with mustard-herb vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 g Salmon ham
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Tomatoes wash, fourth. Remove the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms and sprinkle with half of the lemon juice.

    Peel and halve the avocado and remove the core. Cut avocado into slices and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Arrange lamb's lettuce with the prepared ingredients on plates. For the vinaigrette, dice the ham (without the fat edge).

    Wash the herbs and chop finely. Mix mustard and vinegar. Whip the oil into it. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the prepared salad. Fresh brown bread tastes good with it.
