Cold stirred strawberry jam

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 (200 g) Bag of gelling sugar for cold-stirred fruit spreads "Gelierzauber
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Weigh 200 g of fruit and cut into small pieces. Put the fruits into a mixing bowl and add jam sugar. Puree everything with a cutting stick for about 45 seconds. Stir in lemon juice.

    Fill fruit spread into clean glasses, preferably with a twist-off lid. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Lasts about 14 days.
