Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Gelatine
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS instant espresso powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa powder

Directions

    Soak gelatine in cold water. Heat cream, sugar and espresso in a small pot while stirring. Squeeze the gelatine and stir in. Pour into 4 glasses (each containing approx. 150 ml) and let cool. Then chill for about 3 hours. Dust with cocoa and serve.
