Finely dice the bacon. Peel and slice the onion. Grease a microwaveable dish with fat. Cook bacon and onion in it for two minutes at 600 watts. Clean and wash the broccoli and cut into small florets.
Rinse the corn and let it drain. Add vegetables to the bacon-onion mixture and mix. Season with pepper. Wash fish fillet and pat dry. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper and place on the vegetables.
Sprinkle the rest of the lemon juice over everything. Cook for six minutes at 600 watts with the lid closed. Serve garnished with lemon slices and lemon balm.
