Coconut yoghurt with pineapple

  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut flake
  • 1/2 370 ml jar pineapple pieces; calorie-reduced
  • 150 g skimmed yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat, take it out and let it cool down. Drain the pineapple. Put some pineapple and grated coconut aside for decoration. Mix the rest with yoghurt.

    Serve decorated with pineapple, grated coconut and mint.
