- 2-3 TABLESPOONS Cranberries
- 350 ml clear apple juice
- 2-3 Bay leaves
- 6-8 Cloves
- 5 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
- 1 pack of Dumpling powder "half and half"
- 250 ml clear chicken stock (instant)
- 3-4 Tbsp dark sauce thickener
- 50 g Whipped cream
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers and kitchen yarn
