Ingredients

Servings: 400
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml each) Chickpeas
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 100 g Tahin (sesame paste; glass)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS good olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Rinse chickpeas cold and drain. Peel and chop the garlic. Puree chick peas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and oil with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and chilli.
