Cinnamon quark with dried plums

Ingredients

  • 150 g Californian prunes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 20 g California walnuts
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp some mint leaves

Directions

    Put four prunes aside, cut the rest into strips and mix with the orange juice. Chop the walnuts and roast them in a small pan without fat.

    Mix quark with cinnamon. Mix in walnuts and chopped prunes.

    Pour the curd into jars, place one prune on each wooden skewer and garnish the curd with it. Serve sprinkled with some mint leaves.
