Ciabatta with pesto and Italian ham

  • 50 g Rocket
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 75 g Mushrooms
  • 300 g Herb ciabatta
  • 75 g red pesto (glass)
  • 8 discs raw Italian ham (approx. 14 g each)

Directions

    Wash the rocket and drain well. Grate parmesan. Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Cut bread into 4 equal pieces, slice. Spread the lower halves with pesto.

    Cover with rocket, mushrooms, parmesan and ham, place lid on top and arrange on a napkin.
