Ingredients

  • 250 g Butter or margarine
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Almond Liqueur
  • 1 (100 g) Christmas chocolate bar
  • 50 g Amarettini
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Beat the fat, sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the fat egg mass with the liqueur.

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Fold the chocolate and Amarettini into the dough. Put the dough on a greased, deeper baking tray (33 x 27 cm) and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Let it cool down on a cake rack. Dust the cake with icing sugar and cocoa stars using a star template. Makes 24 pieces.
