Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 6 pers
  • 150 g of flour + for the mould
  • 1 baking powder sachet
  • 7-10 Tbsp 3 œufs
  • 12 cl of oil + for the mould
  • 10 cl single cream
  • 100 g de parmesan
  • 100 de chorizo
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

Directions

    1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the eggs, then the oil and cream. Salt and pepper. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

    2 Grate the Parmesan cheese. Cut the chorizo into pieces. Add them to the dough with the cumin and poppy seeds. Season with salt and pepper.

    3 Moisten small silicone moulds and pour the preparation into them. Put in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
