Ingredients

  • 2 Corncob
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 125 g Zwiebel-fresh cream

Directions

    Clean and wash the corn and cook in boiling water with some sugar for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash spring onions. Cut spring onion green into pieces, rest into rings. Fry the onion rings and minced meat in hot oil.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Drain the corn and cut into wheels. Add corn wheels and spring onion green to the mince and cook for 5 minutes. Put crème fraiche as a blob on the mincing pan
