Peel the onion and cut into slices. Fry the minced and sliced onion in hot oil while turning for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, stir in tomato paste. Take the minced meat mixture out of the pan.
Deglaze the meat with broth, bring to the boil. Cook rice and beans for 15-20 minutes. Add minced meat again. Season with salt and pepper, stir in relish. Wash and chop the mint and sprinkle over it.
