Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the spring onions. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly golden brown for about 5 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Quarter the peppers, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Wash oregano, dab dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Mix oregano into the cooled ground pork. Knead yeast dough on a floured work surface. Then cut in half. Roll out to two pizzas (approx. 22 cm Ø) on a floured work surface.
