Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 1/2-1 Vanilla pod
  • 180 g Wheat flour (e.g. type 1050)
  • 60 g butter/margarine

  • 10 g Coconut oil (e.g. palm oil)
  • 20 g crushed pistachios

Directions

  1. 1

Scratch the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. First knead flour, cold fat in pieces, egg, diabetic sweetness, vanilla pulp and salt with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then knead quickly with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

Press in diagonally several times with the back of a knife. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool down

  3. 3

Chop the chocolate and coconut fat. Melt both in a hot water bath while stirring. Dip both ends of the sticks into it. Sprinkle with pistachios. Drying
