Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • Two Msp. ground vanilla
  • 50 g Nut mixture
  • 125 g Blueberries
  • 125 g Raspberries

Directions

  1. 1

Stir the quark with honey, cocoa powder and 100ml water until smooth. Stir in ground vanilla and tonka bean. Sweeten the quark to the desired degree and divide into two bowls or deep plates.

  2. 2

Coarsely chop the nuts and roast them in a pan without fat until light brown. Sort the blueberries and raspberries, wash them carefully and drain them.

  3. 3

First put the berries on the quark, then sprinkle the roasted nuts over it. Place them on the table immediately.

  4. 4

TIP: Tonka beans have an irresistible aroma that can be classified between vanilla and bitter almond. They are now also available on the spice shelves of well-stocked supermarkets. Important: Always dose very sparingly, just like nutmeg. Overdosing can lead to nausea. If you can't get tonka beans, simply sprinkle some gehmalene bourbon vanilla over the quark and add 1-2 drops of bitter almond flavour.
