Ingredients

  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp (suitable for diabetics)
  • 250 g soft butter/
  • 7-10 Tbsp Margarine
  • 120 g + 12 g fructose
  • 1/2 Bottle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bitter Almond Flavour
  • 1 pinch salt, 6 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 360 g dark wheat flour
  • 1 package Baking powder (Type 1050)
  • 1 TEASPOON Gingerbread spice
  • 2-3 tablespoons (approx. 15 g) Cocoa
  • baking paper

Directions

    Finely chop whole milk chocolate with a knife. Cream fat, 120 g fructose, bitter almond flavour and salt

    Stir the eggs one by one into the fat-egg mixture. Mix flour, baking powder and gingerbread spice and stir in. Fold in chopped chocolate

    Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Let the cake cool down

    Spray several stars onto the chocolate spice cake, first with cocoa, then with 12 g of fructose, using a star template or cutter
