Chocolate pears with advocaat cream

  • 4 Pear halves (from the can)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pear brandy
  • 1 (100 g) Dark chocolate bar
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Cut pear halves into slices, sprinkle with pear brandy and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Melt chocolate in a hot water bath. Cover half of the pear slices with the chocolate and allow to set. Whip cream until half stiff. Fold in egg liqueur. Arrange the pear slices with the advocaat cream on plates. Decorate with lemon balm
