Chocolate mousse with oranges

Ingredients

  • 150 g Dark chocolate (70 % cocoa)
  • 2 fresh eggs (Gr. M)
  • 50 g + 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 2 Oranges
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated orange, cinnamon and cinnamon stars

Directions

    Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Leave to cool, stir from time to time

    Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks and 50 g sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 8 minutes until light creamy. Whip the cream until stiff, allowing the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Beat the egg whites until stiff

    Pour the liquid chocolate into the egg yolk mixture while stirring. Stir in 1 tablespoon of liqueur. Fold in cream and then beaten egg white one after the other. Chill the mousse for at least 4 hours

    Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices. Mix 2 tablespoons of liqueur and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Drizzle orange slices with it

    Cut off the mousse with 2 moistened tablespoons of cam. Serve with the orange slices. Decorate with orange peel, cinnamon and cinnamon stars
