Chocolate Meringue Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Chocolate Flavoured Pudding Powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Rum
  • 4 Meringue shells
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 Truffle chocolates

Directions

    Take 4 tablespoons of the milk and mix with the pudding powder and sugar. Boil up the rest of the milk. Add the pudding powder and let it boil well while stirring. Add rum.

    Cut the meringue into coarse cubes and layer in glasses alternately with the pudding. Leave to cool. Whip cream and vanilla sugar until stiff, fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout and decorate the cream with it.

    Place 1 truffle on each.
