Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g E
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 1 TABLESPOON sweetened cocoa drink powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 100 g green and blue grapes
  • 3 (à 25 g) Muffins
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 2 Baby pineapple
  • 4 Foam hearts
  • 4 Foamed strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Woodpecker

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Heat mascarpone, coffee, cocoa and salt while stirring. Add chocolate and melt while stirring. Place the chocolate fondue on a low heat on a warmer. Wash the grapes, dab dry and pluck from the panicles. Wash and halve the strawberries.

    Break muffins into pieces. Peel kiwis and cut them into slices. Cut pineapple into 8 slices and peel. Arrange foam hearts, foam strawberries and fruits separately in small bowls. Prick the ingredients with prickers and dip them into the chocolate mixture
