Chocolate cup with brittle

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream (about 50 g each)
  • 8 balls of chocolate ice cream (approx. 50 g each)
  • 120 ml Chocolate sauce
  • 2 TEASPOONS Hazelnut brittle
  • 4 Heart wafers to decorate

Directions

    Whip the cream until stiff and fill into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Arrange ice cream scoops and chocolate sauce, up to approx. 4 tsp, in pre-cooled glasses. Spray cream tuffs onto the ice cream. Sprinkle each cream with 1 tsp. chocolate sauce, sprinkle with brittle.

    Decorate ice cream with heart wafers.
