Chocolate cream pudding

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 package Fine chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 2 heaped Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Mix pudding powder with 4 tablespoons of milk and sugar. Boil up the rest of the milk. Remove milk from the heat. Add custard powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour the pudding into a mixing bowl, cover with cling film and chill.

    In the meantime, peel the oranges and grapefruit so that the white skin is removed. Cut orange and grapefruit fillets out of the parting skins. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir the chocolate pudding.

    Fold in the cream. Place 2/3 of the fruit in a glass bowl. Spread the pudding over it. Decorate with remaining fruits and lemon balm.
