Wash the strawberries and dab dry. Chop white and dark chocolate separately and melt them one after the other over a warm water bath. Hold 15 strawberries at the base of the flowers and dip them carefully in white and 15 in dark chocolate coating. Drain briefly
Turn 10 white chocolate strawberries in the pistachios or hazelnuts. Turn 10 dark chocolate-strawberries in the hazelnuts or coconut flakes
Pour 1-2 tablespoons each of white and dark melted couverture into a freezer bag. Cut off a small corner. Decorate 5 white chocolate strawberries with dark spots and 5 dark chocolate strawberries with white spots. Place the finished strawberries on a tray wrapped in foil and chill for about 15 minutes to set.
