Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen berry mixture
  • 15 g Hazelnut and walnut kernels
  • 15 g Almonds with skin
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Agave syrup
  • 1 package (250 g) Qimiq Classic Vanilla
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions

  1. 1

Place berries in a bowl and allow to thaw at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts and almonds. Place nuts, almonds and 2 1/2 tbsp. agave syrup in a small pot, bring to the boil and simmer for 6-8 minutes over a low to medium heat.

  2. 2

Stir several times. Pour onto baking paper and let it cool down. Then chop up roughly.

  3. 3

Place the Qimiq and cream in a tall mixing bowl and whisk until thick and creamy. Puree approx. 1/3 of the fruit, orange juice and 1/2 tbsp agave syrup. Carefully mix the rest of the fruit, except 4 tsp. for decoration, with the pureed fruit.

  4. 4

Layer fruit and vanilla cream in dessert glasses. Sprinkle with caramelized nut-almond mixture and decorate with remaining fruit.
