Chopping chocolate. Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Add milk. Mix flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in. Fold in chopped chocolate.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment and use 2 tablespoons to spread approx. 8 heaps on top with some distance between them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool down on a cake rack. Melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath. Mix icing sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water to a smooth glaze. Ame
If desired, draw a pattern with a cake comb. Results in about 8 pieces.
