Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes (see also package). Drain, quench, drain very well
Peel and finely dice the onion, garlic and ginger. Clean and wash the peppers and Chinese cabbage. Dab meat dry. Cut everything into strips
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Sauté the meat in it in portions. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Sauté the onion, garlic and paprika in the hot frying fat, stirring constantly.
Add noodles, Chinese cabbage and ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and all the meat. Season with pepper and possibly some more soy sauce. Garnish with coriander green
