Chili potatoes from the grill

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1–2 red chillies
  • 150 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash and clean the chillies, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop the pods. Mix butter with salt, paprika and chili

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Spread butter between the slices and wrap potatoes tightly in aluminium foil

    Spread the charcoal to the left and right of the grill. Spread the potatoes between the charcoal and cook for approx. 30 minutes
