  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 4 courgettes
  • 6 tranches de jambon de pays

  • 120 g de parmesan
  • 3 branches de basilic
  • 7-10 Tbsp huile d'olive
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

    Wash and cut off the ends of the zucchini. Then cut them into slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Thinly slice and chop the basil. Cut the ham into pieces

    In an oiled frying pan, cook the courgettes with the chopped garlic, 10 mn while stirring. Add a little salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add the basil. Salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 210 ° C (th 7).
