Clean and wash the green beans and cut them diagonally into thin strips. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and roughly chop the onion. Heat oil in a pot. Brown onion, paprika and green beans.
Add broth and thyme. Bring everything to the boil and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain the white beans on a sieve. Cut cabanossi into thin slices. Add beans and sausage to the stew 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Season Schnibbelbohnen stew with salt and pepper and serve.
