  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 250 g Flour
  • 5-6 Eggs (size M)
  • 350 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 package (70 g) Gate
  • 7-10 Tbsp tencreme "cheese cream"
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 24 Almond slivers
  • baking paper
