Stir the jelly powder and 1/4 l cold water until smooth. Leave to swell for about 5 minutes. Add 100 g sugar and heat while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not boil!). Remove from heat and stir in 150 ml cold water
Rinse a flat mould with cold water. Pour in the jelly. Put it in a cool place overnight
Stir the sauce powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil briefly. Let cool down
Dip half of the mould with jelly briefly into hot water. Carefully turn over the jelly. Use a cookie cutter to cut out 4 bunnies and place them on 4 plates. Serve with sauce. Spray cream tuffs as eyes and tails. Decorate with mint and chocolate shavings
