Chicken with green beans

Ingredients

  • 250 g green beans
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 dried apricots
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans. Wash the meat, dab dry, place in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Chop the apricots coarsely. Peel shallots, dice 1. Chop the apricots, shallots and 2 tbsp. water in a universal chopper, season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the chicken and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes

    Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Cut 1 shallot into rings. Heat oil in a pan. Lightly brown the shallot and almonds. Drain the beans, put them in the pan, fry for 3-4 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Arrange beans and chicken, garnish with parsley
